Steps to Become a IFalls Rec Hockey Manager

a. Managers Application - URL or PDF

b. Complete the USA Hockey Online Manager Registration prior to the start of the season, No Fee (every season)

c. Complete the NCSI Background Screening prior to the start of the season $30 fee (every 2 years)

d. Complete the USA Hockey Online Safesport Training prior to the start of the season, No Fee (every season)

•   Once you have completed the Core SafeSport Course, there will be a Refresher Course available for individuals who have previously completed the core SafeSport course and need to recertify. Users completing the SafeSport refresher course will be certified for an additional season.

f. Please turn in all of your printed registrations #'s for each one to the USA Hockey Registrar, Shana Guziec

Important Notes:

Every Participant (or Participant Parents) need to follow these steps:

a. You must be 18 years of age to process a registration.... Check the box that states that YOU are 18 or older.

b. Follow the prompts...fill in all data correctly.

c. Process payment if applicable – Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card). A Visa gift card will also work.

d. You may print your Confirmation page at this time. It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed.

Registration must be completed for all players, coaches, managers, volunteers & board members.

Additional information:

The home address should be used for all participants. If a player lives in one state and plays in another, enter the home address and pay any applicable Affiliate fee. The confirmation page/number will be accepted by any USA Hockey program in the country.
